This interactive session explores the fundamentals of Lean through a unique simulation process. Participants gain a better understanding of the value of Lean by acting out a company’s transition to Lean
using a learn-and-do approach.
  • Lean concepts introduced in this session include:
  • Identifying waste
  • Creating a visual workplace
  • Consistency through Standardized Work
  • Improved Capacity through Batch Size Reduction
  • Benefits of Pull Systems
The knowledge gained from this workshop enables participants to kickstart a journey to Lean Bronze Certification and/or Lean Leadership for Supervisors.

The Lean Bronze Certification Exam Prep program will be offered in Mitchell beginning August 2025
