Join us on October 17th for the McGovern Center's annual Civic Engagement Forum.  This year, we're hosting some of our South Dakota gubernatorial and congressional candidates to answer the question: "What Makes a Nation Great?"  After the forum, there will be an open reception where attendees can meet the candidates.
