Event Description:
South Dakota Youth Hunting Adventures and the Game Fish and Parks Outdoor Campus are hosting this event at the Mitchell Stump Shooters Archery Range - on Airport Road North of Mitchell. Try your hand at archery with 3D targets and also participating in a hatchet throwing activity.
This free event is for youth ages 7 and up. Parents will need to sign a permission form at event for child to participate.
South Dakota Youth Hunting Adventures, James River Chapter, is part of Big Friend Little Friend's mentoring programming. We match experienced hunters and outdoors people with youngsters who are interested in exploring the great natural resources of South Dakota.
