Event Description:

A great customer experience starts with a great team

Lunch will be provided | This event is free to attend, but registration is required

But getting your entire team on the same page isn't always easy. How do you train employees around what your customers actually need? How do you handle difficult situations? And how do leaders set the standard for the rest of the team?

This workshop is designed to get local employers talking through those questions together. You'll hear practical ideas from our speakers, work through real-world situations, and discuss how you can put those ideas to work within your own business.

What You Will Work Through

  • Building the right team – Finding the right employees and setting them up for success
  • Creating a great customer experience – Understanding what your customers need, training employees to deliver it, and working through real-world customer service situations
  • Building a culture of excellence – How your leadership and supervisory approach shape the way your team operates
  • Putting it into practice – Working with other local employers to determine what these ideas could look like within your own workplace
