Professor Flynn has spent five years researching and writing about Ben Rifle\, the only Native American to represent South Dakota in Congress. The book will soon be published by the South Dakota State Historical Society.\n\nThe program will start promptly at 7 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. No business will be conducted. Admission is free. All are welcome.
