Are there additional recreation opportunities you want to see at Lake Mitchell? Do our program offerings meet the needs of your family? Now is your opportunity to let us know. Come and share your ideas for Parks and Recreation in Mitchell\, SD.\n\n \n\nPros Consulting was selected by the Parks Board to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the Mitchell Parks and Recreation Department. Pros Consulting is a strategic master planning firm focusing on services in government agencies with specialized experience in parks and recreation and open space planning. Your input will help us develop a Master Plan for parks\, programs and facilities and develop goals\, policies and guidelines with achievable strategies for the next 10 years. When complete\, the Master Plan will be a valuable tool with information to guide the department and parks board in meeting the expectations of the community.
