DESCRIPTION:BIG things are happening in Mitchell!   \n\nWe're excited to celebrate an incredible community event as County Fair Food Store Mitchell teams up with the Famous Idaho Potatoes & the Idaho Potato Commission in an attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the World's Largest Idaho Potato Display!\n\nEven better\, this event is all about giving back. A total of 80\,000 pounds of potatoes will be donated and shared through the County Fair app and local partners like Mitchell Weekend SnackPack\, Mitchell Food Pantry\, and Feeding South Dakota.  \n\n  Join us Monday\, March 30\n\n  8:00 AM   12:00 PM: Watch the potato display come to life\n\n  11:00 AM   2:00 PM: Burger grill-out ($2.50 for a 1/3 lb. burger!)\n\n  4:00 PM: Celebration wraps up\nCome out\, support a world record attempt\, and be part of something uniquely Mitchell!
