Job Summary
Your work directly supports health care workers and patients with quality customer service. You’ll like working with a purpose while interacting with others in an energetic, caring workplace.
Some of your daily tasks may include:
  • Welcoming patients
  • Maintaining excellent customer service
  • Check-in, registration, and scheduling
  • Coordinating nurse, physician, and patient time and communication
  • Insurance verifications, authorizations
  • Reception duties such as scanning documents, obtaining waiver and consent forms, data entry, and answering phone calls
