As a SERVICE ADVISOR, you will own the customer experience in the service drive at our Mitchell location. A fast-paced, well-equipped team, we are looking for a hardworking, energetic, goal-orientated team member, to assist with the service process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Take customers through their service visit from the immediate greeting to cashing out at the end and everything in between.
  • Perform vehicle walkarounds, record mileage and VIN numbers, transport vehicles to technician bays, and write-up repair orders.
  • Understand basic automotive repairs, know how long each service will take and how much the repair will cost to best communicate with guests.
  • Communicate all customer requests to technicians and then communicate all technician recommendations to the guest based on vehicle needs.
  • Follow up with customers during and after their service.
  • Document all work requested, recommended, and performed on every repair order.
  • Maintain and organize work and shop area.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Automotive industry experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Team-oriented focus and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Answer phones and respond to customer questions.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
