Job Summary:
The General Manager oversees all aspects of the dealership's operations, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments. This individual is responsible for achieving financial targets, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, and fostering a high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all store departments to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction goals

• Hire, train, and develop department managers and staff

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards

• Set and monitor financial and operational goals

• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising of vehicles and accessories

• Develop marketing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and sales

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure resolution of customer concerns

• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and company policies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of retail management experience; dealership or automotive experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and inventory management tools

• Passion for powersports and recreational vehicles
